Custom Private Training (Body Sculpting)


Personal training is our most popular wellness services customized for your needs.  We work 1 to 1 privately with you at your home, business or location of choice.  Personal training can take place with the fitness Bus where specialized equipment is at your figure tips. Example inversion table, vibration plate, and total body fitness machines. Best part is you get an excellent certified Fitness Professional (Body Sculptor) to guide and motivate you every step of the way. 


Personal training can also take place in your home, in your workplace or outside at the park.  The options are open to what you and the Body Sculptor agree to.  The main plan is to help you get to your fitness and health goals.  No goal is to small or to big. Just give us a chance to prove it.


It all starts with a Free Wellness Consultation.  


Personal training includes a custom fitness program with onsite training, one nutrition coaching session and a total body fitness assessment. With quarterly FREE assessments.

Best part is that each person is stretched out at the end of ones session. AKA assisted stretching.

Group training has the same benefits as personal training with two or more people.  It is great way to have a buddy or two to workout with. Also buddy training is cheaper per person.  Even if you and your buddies are at different levels you still will get a great workout. Each trainer is skilled at varying workouts to suit all of ones needs.  



Like the old saying goes "You are what you eat." Eating is 80% of the battle and exercise is 20% so we guide you to get to the complete package of 100% success. 


Nutrition Coaching is a food intake and meal suggestion evaluation to help you with your daily food intake needs to reach your goals. Food tracking is used to evaluate your food intake to help you select healthy food choices better health. Normally its a 3 session package with intake, review, calorie breakdown and meal planning.  With multiple follow-ups over a period of months. It also can be ongoing sessions if required.
